Annual Report submitted to Governor Jon Corzine

About 200 Arab Americans and friends joined members of the NJ Arab American Heritage Commission in a very special celebration held on July 20, 2009, at the Governor’s Mansion in Princeton, NJ. At the invitation of Governor Jon Corzine, the invitees were treated to a sampling of Arab food and desserts. They all came to witness the submission of the first Annual Report of the recently created  Arab Heritage Commission.  Chairman Hany Mawla presented to the Governor a hard copy of the Commission’s report, highlighting its objectives and achievements. The Governor was impressed by the work done thus far and promised his continued support of the Commission’s work.
